Travelers

Creating a rallying cry to unify employees and give meaning to the work.

Out spent by the competition 3 to 1, siloed business units driving various marketing messages, they needed authentic language that could be embraced and used by everyone. My work included qual & quant research with a number of audiences, message development, training kits, workshop facilitation for employees and agency partners, and marketing materials.


 

SWAAY.com 2.0 PIVOT

Going from an online publication to a community of women.

Developed the membership model and positioning to move this media company from a digital magazine to a self publishing platform dedicated to raising the profile for women everywhere. My work impacted how the brand spoke, the customer journey, and included growth tactics, and execution across digital, social, PR, and events.

GarDasil - HPV cancer vaccine. International Launch

Finding a common language to talk about sexual health.

I toured the world talking to mothers about their daughters, trying to understand how to broach sexual activity and spark urgency to make vaccination a given. “Everything I can” became the first global campaign from Merck Pharmaceuticals. It was a perfect articulation of the universality of a mother’s love. Beyond the messaging, I lead the tool kit development of the global rollout coordinating with Merck offices across the world.
